Meet the Winters
Scott and Jessi Winter have been happily married since 2007 and have two beautiful children, Tatum and Blake. Both graduates of Bemidji High School, they have a real love for Bemidji and its surrounding areas. Members of their local church and active in community the Winters enjoy spending time with family, hunting, fishing, camping and being outdoors. They look forward to showing you the very best that Bemidji has to offer.

Scott Winter
After graduating from Bemidji High School, Scott spent three years of active duty in the U.S. Army, including 18 months in Korea. Once off active duty he attended UND and BSU for business, then was activated with the Minnesota National Guard for a one-year tour in Bosnia. Upon returning home from Bosnia he started up a successful landscape business in Bemidji as well as multiple Snap Fitness locations around the state, for which he was awarded entrepreneur of the year in 2011 by the Bemidji Chamber of Commerce. He has since sold those businesses and has decided to join his wife in the exciting world of real estate.

Jessi Winter
Jessi is a graduate for Bemidji High School and Alexandria Technical College, where she graduated with an AAS in law enforcement, and has a passion for helping people. Her and her family have been in the real estate, title and abstracting business for over 20 years. She has worked with many different aspects of the real estate market, representing lenders, buyers and sellers, in both residential and commercial transactions. Both confident and skilled in negotiation, she is knowledgeable in property values and market trends.
